What can be returned or exchanged?

You can return or exchange most unopened and unused items within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. This includes any boxes, containers, or wrapping materials they came in.
  • Unopened and Unaltered: Returned items cannot be opened, used, or tampered with in any way. This includes items that have been gift-wrapped, engraved, or customized at your request.
  • Not Customer Damaged: Any damage caused due to improper use or handling by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.

What cannot be returned or exchanged?

While we strive to accommodate most return requests, there are a few exceptions:

  • Purchase Cards: Gift cards and other similar purchase cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

Who pays for return shipping?

Raees al Oud understands that returning items can sometimes be inconvenient. That’s why we will cover the cost of return shipping in the following situations:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return shipment at no cost to you and send you a replacement product (subject to availability).
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please don’t worry. Contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and the incorrect item to be returned free of charge.
  • Missing Items: If your order is missing an item, simply let us know, and we will promptly ship the missing item to you at no additional cost.
  • Extra Items: Did you receive an extra item you didn’t order? Keep it! We won’t charge you for any accidental extras that may slip into your package.

How to Return an Item:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide Necessary Information: When contacting customer service, please have your order number readily available. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could take clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return, especially if it’s a damaged or incorrect item.

  4. Return Shipping Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will send you a return shipping slip via email. Print this slip and attach it securely to the package you are returning.
  5. Drop-Off at Assigned Provider: We will assign you a logistics provider for the return shipment. Bring the packaged item(s) with the printed return slip to the designated drop-off location of the logistics provider. Please note that door-to-door pickup is not guaranteed.

Refunds and Processing Time:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets all the return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Here’s an estimated timeframe for the refund process:

  • KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar: 1-15 business days (depending on your bank’s processing time)
  • UAE: 10-45 business days (depending on your issuing bank’s processing time)
