- Items must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us
Email us at info@raeesaloud.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Pack and Ship
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Damages or Errors
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, Raees al oud will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds

If approved, your refund will be initiated and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Partial Refunds

Exchanges
